A delightful twist on traditional pancakes, these Quark Coins with Oats are light, satisfying, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250g Quark
  • 100g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50g flour
  • Baking powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  2. Add the oats, flour, and baking powder. Mix until fully integrated.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and shape them into small coins.
  4. In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and fry the coins until golden brown on each side.
  5. Serve warm on a plate and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with powdered sugar, honey, yogurt, or fresh fruits. Can be frozen for up to a month.
