A quick and flavorful chicken breast recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking, or heat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. For oven-baking: Place the chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reads 165°F (75°C).
  5. For grilling: Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve it with your favorite sides.

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
