2–3 jalapeños, diced

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, whole wheat flour, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, eggs, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
