Delightful bagels infused with jalapenos and cheddar, packed with protein and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 jalapeños, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, whole wheat flour, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, eggs, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Use your hands to shape the dough into bagel forms.
  4. Place the formed bagels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and delicious.
