  • 2 cups bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl until combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish, then layer in the cooked sausage, optional bread cubes, and chopped vegetables.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers, ensuring even distribution. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
