A hearty and flexible dish perfect for brunch or dinner, combining sausage, eggs, and cheese for a comforting meal.

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cups bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the crumbled sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer the cooked sausage, followed by optional bread cubes and chopped vegetables.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
