Delicious and easy Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups featuring savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, gooey cheddar cheese, and flaky crescent rolls.

Ingredients

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble gently until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place spoonfuls of scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of cheese, and a sausage link on each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed.
  7. Serve warm for a delicious breakfast treat!
