Cozy and satisfying breakfast roll-ups filled with scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheddar cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set; then remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto each triangle, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and place a sausage link on top.
  6. Roll up each triangle tightly from the wide end. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
