Delicious and easy Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups made with flaky crescent dough, scrambled eggs, and crumbled sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. In a pan, scramble the eggs and set them aside.
  4. Crumble the cooked sausage links and mix them with the scrambled eggs.
  5. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each crescent dough triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point to form a roll.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a golden top, brush the outsides with melted butter before baking. You can also pre-cook the sausage and eggs the night before for easier meal prep.
