Delicious and customizable breakfast sliders featuring savory sausage, scrambled eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • Dinner rolls or slider buns
  • Breakfast sausage patties
  • Eggs
  • Cheese slices (American or cheddar)
  • Maple syrup
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the bun bottoms.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, mix in the maple syrup, and brush it over the assembled sliders.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
