Delightful fusion of savory sausage and fluffy pancakes, perfect for brunch or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup water or milk (as directed on pancake mix package)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pancake mix according to package instructions, using water or milk.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage and cheese (if using) until well combined.
  4. Grease a mini muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  7. Serve warm with syrup, or let them cool completely and freeze for later enjoyment.

Notes

These bites can be served warm or frozen for later. To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
