  • 0.5 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 0.5 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or silicone mold to prevent sticking.
  2. In a skillet, cook the crumbled sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions, mixing until evenly distributed.
  5. Evenly divide the mixture among the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake them in the preheated oven for 20-22 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
