  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar)
  • 1 cup Cooked breakfast meats (e.g., bacon, sausage)
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
