  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sliced bell pepper, sautéing for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the mix, then pour in the soy sauce, stirring well.
