Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
