A quick and easy dish featuring juicy chicken thighs coated in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook each side of the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes until nicely browned and juices run clear.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove it from the skillet and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Adjust spice levels to your preference.
