A flavorful and simple dish of seared chicken thighs and tender green beans in a garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Toss in the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become tender.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and give everything a good toss to combine.
  8. Heat everything through briefly.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
