This easy slow cooker recipe transforms simple ingredients into tender, flavorful chicken that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil until coated.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer chicken to the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred chicken with two forks and serve.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
