  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until fully blended.
  2. Mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and continue cooking until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm.
