Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined—be cautious not to overmix!
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface. Gently flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
