Quick, flavorful, and utterly satisfying chicken thighs coated in a sweet chili glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Coat chicken thighs generously with the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap chicken thighs for firm tofu. Add sriracha for heat.
