  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  3. Pour the pineapple chunks and sauce mixture over the top.
