  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
