Delightful frozen yogurt bites made with Greek yogurt and fruit, perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, etc.) for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or sugar substitute), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners, filling them about three-quarters full.
  3. Top each yogurt portion with selected fresh fruit pieces.
  4. Place molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 2-3 hours until completely solid.
  5. Gently remove yogurt bites from molds and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer and use parchment paper to separate layers to prevent sticking. Best consumed within two weeks.
