A delightful and comforting breakfast bowl featuring crispy tater tots, bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese, topped with green onions.

  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 bottle Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the frozen tater tots according to the package directions until they’re golden and crispy.
  2. While the tots crisp up, cook your bacon in a pan until it’s crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs to your desired doneness.
  4. Once everything is cooked, start layering your breakfast bowls with a generous helping of tater tots at the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over your tater tots while they’re hot, followed by crumbled bacon.
  6. Chop up green onions and sprinkle over the top.
  7. Serve immediately, with a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, bake the tater tots a bit longer, but watch them closely. Feel free to substitute the bacon with sautéed mushrooms or another vegetarian option.
