Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, minced garlic, chopped onion, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage, tater tots, and cheddar cheese until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
