  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups tater tots
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the tater tots evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage, minced garlic, chopped onion, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire dish.
  7. Sprinkle black pepper over the top for added flavor.
