1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
1 large egg (or egg white substitute)
1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
1 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, salt, garlic powder, herbs, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread the batter: Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a round or oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
