Delicious Tiramisu Baked Oats infused with espresso and cocoa, perfect for a sweet breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup FAGE Total yoghurt
  • 1 shot espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, milk, espresso, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is fully integrated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the mixture is set and slightly golden on the surface.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve topped with FAGE Total yoghurt and a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Notes

Leftover Tiramisu Baked Oats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
