Savory turkey and stuffing meatballs, perfect for family dinners and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Mix gently using your hands or a spoon until everything is combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the tray from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 3–5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep meatballs tender. Add veggies or spices for a personal touch.
