Delightful Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs combine savory turkey with stuffing for a comforting meal perfect for family dinners or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring space between each meatball.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Allow the meatballs to rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

These meatballs can be served over mashed potatoes or as an appetizer with toothpicks. For a twist, add red pepper flakes for heat or swap ground turkey with ground chicken.
