Whipped Feta Dip

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip that’s easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
  2. Use a hand mixer or food processor to whip everything together until the dip is silky and homogenous, stopping to scrape down the bowl as needed.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and, if needed, add a teaspoon of water or more olive oil to loosen the dip.
  4. If using cherry tomatoes, gently fold them into the dip.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving dish, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and drizzle a little extra olive oil on top.
  6. Serve immediately warm or chilled with crackers, toasted pita, sliced baguette, or raw vegetables.

Notes

For the creamiest result, use full-fat cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
