  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together milk, maple syrup or honey, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
