A delicious and nutritious breakfast that mimics cookie dough flavors, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats and your choice of milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in vanilla protein powder, almond butter (or peanut butter), maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers.
  6. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. Give it a stir the next morning and enjoy your oats cold or warmed up.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in airtight containers. Microwave for about 30-60 seconds if you prefer them warm.
