  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or berries

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until blended.
  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and mix in the milk, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Keep the pancakes warm while finishing the remaining batter.
