  • Maple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Combine the flour and baking powder in another bowl.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently to create a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour in the batter to form pancakes of your desired size.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and puffed.
