Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, and any desired fruits or sweeteners.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In another bowl, combine protein powder, oats, baking powder, mashed bananas, and a splash of milk.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Pour the batter onto the skillet.
  8. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F again.
  10. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add chopped vegetables and cheese, if desired.
  11. Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
