A deliciously creamy chicken dish combined with sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan, ideal for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken cutlets with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to your liking.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the chicken cutlets into the hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Once browning is complete, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth.
  6. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine, and allow the mixture to come to a gentle simmer.
  7. Next, return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the luscious sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Just before serving, garnish with fresh basil to add a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider substituting half and half for the heavy cream, or using vegetable broth for a vegetarian twist.
