A deliciously creamy chicken dish made with parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some of the sauce over the top, and let everything simmer together for a few additional minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat.
