  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese along with the Italian seasoning, mixing until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss everything together, ensuring each piece is coated in that delicious sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
