A rich, creamy chicken dish served over luscious ravioli, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  2. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and add the cooked ravioli to the creamy sauce, tossing gently to combine.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and layer it over the ravioli.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
