Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the creamy Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.

  4. Cover and cook on low for about 240-360 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
  5. Once fully cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  6. Stir in the tortellini, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes (if using).
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
