Nutritious and customizable breakfast oats that can be prepared in advance for easy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Portion the mixture into meal prep containers, filling each one about 3/4 full.
  5. Close the containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  6. Serve chilled or reheat in the microwave for a warm breakfast.

Notes

Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
