  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 slices of whole grain or gluten-free bread
  • Cooking spray or butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the protein powder, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the protein mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place the coated bread on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
